Embassy Suites by Hilton Cleveland Beachwood

We stayed here overnight. The room was clean and very nice. The desk person upon arrival was caring asking questions like would we want a room during the elevator. Luggage carts were clean and ready. We ordered food from the kitchen and it was very good. I need to compliment the bartender/bus boy he cared about our needs great person. In the morning the breakfast Buffett was great plus if you wanted there was a cook making omelets to your liking. We’ll be going back to Cleveland and we definitely will stay here. Older properly but well maintained - the staff is very friendly and pleasant - rooms could use some updating and quality checks - for example the sink was draining slowly (fixed promptly) and outlet on lamp on night table was loose. Great breakfast selection and on site grill café is convenient.

I read reviews and was totally confused as there was both good and bad. I had a good experience in the one night I stayed. My room was clean and odor free. I felt compelled to offer that last detail as one of the reviews complained about an odor. I will say that ladies at the front desk were helpful recommending local area establishments. It looked like your typical Embassy Suites to me. For the record I think they all resemble each other. I'd start there again.

Each guess gets 2 happy hour drinks. Good bar snacks available and plentiful when you arrive early. The food is price reasonable. Bar staff was customer service friendly.

Embassy Suites Beachwood is the real deal. It is an extremely nice hotel in an amazing location. Before I start I just want to give a special shout-out to Courtney for being the greatest bartender I have ever met. She was extremely nice and friendly. She is the main reason I am giving this hotel a 5 star rating (obviously everything else about this hotel is also awesome). Honestly if I was her boss I would give her a huge raise. Unfortunately there is no way to rate individual employees but if there was 20 stars easy. Right when you walk into the lobby you feel the luxurious vibe of this hotel. There are numerous waterfalls and the place is just stunning. The entire staff is super nice and are extremely professional. I have been to many hotels all around this country (and also out of this country) and it is hard to find such a great staff. I could really write a whole lot more about how good everything about this place is but then you will be reading until next month. BOTTOM LINE if you need to book a hotel near Beachwood you know where to come!

One of the better hotels I’ve stayed in—safe, family-friendly, and clean. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained. While you could hear a bit of noise from the nearby highway, the soundproofing was impressive overall. My room had a connecting door to the adjacent room, and while I could hear the neighbors clearly in the main area, the bedroom itself was quiet and restful. Breakfast was solid. The eggs weren’t to my taste, but the pancakes were fluffy and the sausage was excellent. The coffee, unfortunately, was weak—but I prefer bold, rich coffee, so that may just be personal preference. The hotel’s large main floor, with its beautiful fountain, was a highlight. I ate lunch there, and it made for a peaceful, relaxing setting. Overall, I had a great stay and plan to return. Highly recommended.

A really expansive (and not expensive) interior to this hotel sets it apart. So much group social space! Impressive. Our room is actually a suite with a tiny kitchen and full den/work room apart from its bedroom. The staff has been very attentive from the cleaning crew and repair workers/maintenance to the front desk. Tiffany was especially helpful getting us into our room so we could refresh before attending a funeral nearby. I really am impressed by the common areas: interesting, comfortable and also a variety. Great pricing too.

I love the Embassy. The service is amazing. The breakfast is amazing. I wonder why hotels don't serve sausage biscuits and gravy no more The internet service is crappy.
